Wedding Photos
From the weekend...
Both of us were down in Boca Raton the week before the wedding.-- Kyra on
Tuesday and Mike on Thursday. There were a couple of "events" which we decided
to have as a family before the wedding: A Shabbat dinner on Friday evening (at
the hotel), the aufruf at Kyra's family's synagogue on Saturday morning,
and a festive Saturday evening dinner at the hotel.
The dinner was
nice. We had many of our out of town guests come to it. As you can see, this is
a picture of Kyra and Mike enjoying dinner with some friends. (Friends not
included in picture.) Relatives were there as well.
These
are Mike's parents at the same Saturday evening shindig.
Kyra's
grandmothers, Lenny Schuster (of Blessed Memory) and Sally Dash also enjoyed the
party on Saturday evening. It was wonderful to see them, and they were very
happy about meeting and joining with the new family.
At
the Saturday evening party, we were able to see all of the bridesmaids and
groomsmen together for the first time. We acknowledged their attendance and
assistance with gifts. Mike got each of his four groomsmen a watch by Fossil --
every attendant a different one. Kyra designed and handpainted four jewelry
boxes for her bridesmaids, and they're shown here.
